This is inherited code/database, that's often hard to understand/explain. There is an Education master table that has keys to link to other education tables. Also, this master table contains fields i need to report/count. Any unique education master ID can have multiple entries in each of the other education tables.

I must do the counts as described with fields from all these different tables (and a few more), in just one report.
