Looks like you must've gotten a password protected mdb from your customer. If you have Access I would try to open it with MS Access, just to make sure this is the issue. If you can open it there, I would try enclosing the table name with brackets, given the spaces in the name.
If not, just ask for the password and add it to the connection string. If that's not an option check out the
www.mvps.org website for the Access MVP's pages as I vaguely remember seeing a password utility there.
