What I have is a grid with Machine Names, and when they click a connect button, I want to start RDP and have it automaticly fill in the machine name I pass and connect. I don't have seperate .RDP files for each site/machine, so I'm not sure shellexecute will work other than to open the RDP client up and wait for the user to enter the machinename/ip address. I don't know if RDP even accepts parameters being passed to it.

You can save Remote Desctop connection configuration as .RDP file from Remote Desctop UI and than launch that file with SHELLEXECUTE() or WSH Run().
