>Not really. If you happen to have built an APP or EXE you can go into either of those files and pull out the VCX and VCT. Refox can do this for you. Otherwise you can do it by hand with a little spelunking using hexedit.app

Thanks guys for the suggestions and I hope I don't have to use them.

I just used a recent backup copy but it is eally scary to think that a VCX file will disappear I mean my blood pressure just went way up.
