Hi,
In XP the temp directory usually is C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_LOGON_NAME\Local Settings\Temp you can confirm with SYS(2023) in VFP. Anthing over 100 temp files can cause problems, also empty the recycle bin.

To clear Prefetch Start/run and type in prefetch, then Select All then delete.
