Here are three books that have good sections on software testing (and are well worth any developer's time for other reasons as well) ---

"Code Complete" by Steve McConnell
"Software Project Survival Guide", also by McConnell
"Debugging the Development Process" by Steve Maguire

Ironically, all three are published by Microsoft [LOL].
