Theres just too much to get into detail and they cover all areas not just Visual Studio ie. CLR, Framework BCL, Languages and IDE.

Some of the biggest additions are CLR/Language specific ie. Generics, Iterators, Nullable types and anonymous methods.

For me one of the best new IDE features is the visual class designer that supports round-trip engineering. Also the fact that you can get lots of different versions ie. Express, Professional, Team System and so on.

This is a really big release for the .NET world with just a huge amount of new features and additions.
