>My office chair has hard armrests. It starts to bug the nerved in my elbows, specifically in my mouse arm, so I rigged up a keyboard gel pad on it. That is starting to wear out, so I am looking to see if there are any products out there to cushion office chair arm rests. Anybody know any good office ergonomic products websites? I browsed some, but couldn't really find anything.

Are the armrests adjustable? If they're properly positioned, they shouldn't cause pain.

Trying to remember what my physical therapist friend taught me, you want them high enough and far enough apart that there's a straight line from your elbow to the keyboard (with your wrists in a proper typing position).
