Check help for Dockable Property. It lists the properties that are changed when Dockable > 0 and Visible is one of them.

>If you have a form class and use CREATEOBJECT() to create an instance of it then it remains invisible until you issue MyForm.Visible = .T.. However, if the forms Dockable property is non-zero then as soon as you CREATEOBJECT() the form is visible. Or as soon as you set Dockable to a non zero value the form becomes visible. If one then needs to position the form, or make other changes to its appearance, the form flickers on the screen because it is visible. I think this might be a bug?
