I haven't checked the license agreement for VFP 9.0, but since VFP 7 the license requires VFP to be only executed on a native Win32 environment; it explicitly disallows running in emulation under other operating systems (such as Linux with Wine). I believe the last version where the license didn't have this stipulation is version 6.0
