Hi Terry,
Mostly free VFP tables. Some SQL. Most client machines are Windows XP or 2000
The Citrix license works out about $150/user/year. No VFP runtime on the client required only on the Citrix servers. We have about 10GB data involved, but only about 2GB that's really active. So this probably explains better performance over Citrix, since those servers have about 4GB RAM (which creates interesting issues for VFP memory detection).
>>We have several hundred users running our main desktop application via Citrix. About 20-30 clients can be run from a single box over the internet. Make sure you have a good network link between the box and the server and lots of RAM. It works GREAT, in fact it runs faster than on a local drive on a laptop!

>Are your applications using free tables, DBC , SQL? Are you able to use "dumb" terminals? Does the client need a VFP runtime installed?
