I have a VFP application and I strat it using a Batch file.

The bat file checks to be sure I have the latest version of the EXE on local C: drive.

However, when it starts the box for ID and password do not have focus. If the user just starts typing (as they would expect) the Internet Explorer menu pops up. For example, if the user hits A, then Add to Favorites pops up.

If I run the program by just double click on application in Windows Explorer, then it opens the application directly into the Input filed (as you would expect).

Is there a BAT command I need to add at the end? I doubt it since the last comand is START to run the EXE and as far as the Bat is concerned start means the BAT file is no longger active.
