2000 is fact. It's trumpeted by a media that no real clue as to the meaning of it, only that it sells newspapers and advertising time. 100,000 is conjecture, and has no place in a reasoned discussion of the merits of policy. We're either having one, or we aren't, in which case I'm not interested in continuing this thread.
