Another metric to look at in FPA is the number of paid advertisements.

Advertisement is what really drives the magazine business.

The # of paid ad pages has gone down quite a bit for that mag.

This is why FoxTalk is a survivor. They have a much higher subscription rate than FPA and that is because they dont really do much in the way of advertisement.
