I have been reading the crdeployment.pdf file from Crystal's website, and I have been messing around with it today. I have a few questions from it.

First of all, we had a project we developed with VS.NET 2002 and created the reports with Crystal Reports 8.5. Somebody else had created a setup project, everything worked, and life was well.

A while ago we upgraded the project to VS.NET 2003. Everything seemed to work with all the current crystal .dll's until I had to make some modifications. Now I can't seem to find the right set of .dll files to use.

Would the reports have automatically upgraded when I upgraded the project? I assume so, as the old Setup project doesn't work anymore. I tried using the merge modules meant for VS.NET 2003 and the integrated Crystal, but it did not would. I tried using the merge modules for VS.NET 2002 and integrated Crystal, and that seems to work, but why? What is up with my reports? Are they still version 8.5, version 9 (which I have installed on mine), or CR.NET? How can I tell?
