I am using Crystal 9.1. I distribute Crystal Runtime within my application. We use a SQL database.

I have a client who recently started having printing problems with a report that has worked just fine for months. In certain fields of the report, letters contained within the field will not print. For example, if the field said: The Rain In Spain, it might print out as T e Ra n n Spa n.

The field displays properly on the screen, so I know the field is OK. I also can export to a .pdf file and it is OK. I am lead to the conclusion that it is a print driver issue, but my client's tech department says not.

Has anyone every experienced this behavior? If so, how do I correct it?
