Hi all,

It looks like I'll be jumping into the VS.NET 2005 and SQL Server 2005 bandwagon in matter of weeks.
I'll be doing pretty serious ASP.NET development < g > querying enterprise SQL Server 2000 databases and developing new SQL Server 2005 ones for Digital Dashboards using SharePoint Services and ASP.NET 2.0.
It's quite possible that I'll need Virtual PC and/or Virtual Server for research and testing purposes.

What are the recommended (not minimal) laptop specs for handling these new software monsters with aplomb? In my company we are "married" with Dell, any experiences in the forum with their computers?
