oIE = CREATEOBJECT( "INTERNETEXPLORER.APPLICATION" )
oIE.Navigate( "http://www.levelextreme.com" )
oIE.visible = .T.

This should bring you directly to the Universal Thread from within your VFP app. Does it work for you?
