i have an few lines of code and i was just wondering if there was a neater way of doing it. in an application we store the area a box of tiles covers. when the user enters the area of the room, this figure is divided by the area the box covers and we get the number of boxes needed. sometimes this is 2.3 boxes which i want to round to 3, where the problem is, and sometimes it 2.6 and everything works out fine. is there a short way to always round up? i have code already doing it using mod etc, but i'm just wondering if there is a one liner, possibly an unlisted parameter or something.
