>start /max qms.exe -cC:\qms\config.fpw
You can use "start qms.exe" only if:
the exe is located in same directory as config.fpw or compile the .fpw with the project, you put in main prg this line: _screeen.windowstate=2 to make maximized screen. Just to probe if change anything.
