>I have 4 columns in a grid bound to a table. The 4th column is labelled comments and is bound to a memo field. How can I display this in my grid? At the moment it just says memo in each row!

One neat way of displaying/editing Memos in a grid in the VMP framework by the late Drew Speedie, is to put a button in the grid column and sparse=.F.

The button says "Notes" and the font color changes from Black to red or blue or whatever if theere is data, black if memo is empty. When you click the button, a child form opens with just a bif edit box and an OK button to save and close.
