Mark;

We have three branches of federal government. Executive, Legislative and Judicial. The The Executive branch may introduce a law to the Legislature for consideration and the Legislature is the body responsible for “creation of law”.

A major purpose of the Judicial branch is to ensure that any law passed by the Legislative and Executive branches is within the Constitution of The United States.

It seems that more and more the Judicial system has taken it upon itself to change laws previously approved (even by iteslf) and used for years. The end result seems to be that the Judicial branch is in charge of our laws.

Tom

P.S. I am going to send you a private message.

>>>Well, they're not there to make up laws that doesn't exist. They're supposed to make sure that existing laws are carried out justly.

>>Yes, the question of theory and practice! The law says… and the court says…..
