In Calgary, Alberta, there is a chocolatier by the name of Bernard Callebaut. In March of 1996, he was the only North American entry in the International Chocolate Festival in Montélimar, France. He won three prizes including Prix d'Excellence and was inducted into the Confererie Du Nougat and Ordre International de la Gastronomie Française.

Believe me, he makes good chocolate.
