No need to apologize ... at least now you remember you have the book. Heck .. I'm 40 now so my memory isn't exactly what it used to be!!

One method you can use to get multiple pages for each record is to create a data group using RECNO() as expression and mark it to start on a new page. That will get you a data group header and a data group footer for each record. You can add several data groups with the same expression so you can keep going until you have the number of pages required.
