Hi there,
VFP will be running in 32bit compatibility mode in 64bit Windows. My experience of running 16bit apps in a 32bit Windows is not entirely satisfactory. Perhaps that is because that is a character based app running in a DOS box which only understand 8.3 filename and LPT1-3 as printer ports, among other things.
I believe running a 32bit graphical apps (i.e. VFP apps) in a 64bit Windows will be less painful and hopefully even no noticeable difference by the end users. Am I thinking in the right track?
