An interesting note on this subject....

I tried the sample code from Cathy Pountey's msdn article and I have the same results...

Everything works fine when run from within vfp 9 but not when compiled into an exe. I get no errors, just no text rotation happens.

I have included everything I can think of in the code & project (even the .h files).

I have installed msxml sp2.

I can't figure out what I am missing.
