Make sure you use software that allows you to resume downloading, like Opera with its built-in download manager (I assume FireFox has something similar?), or a separate download manager. In this latter case, I recommend DLExpert - www.yanew.com; many of the other options include spyware. I hope this one doesn't, yet.

Also, there may be separate versions of the IE installer; be sure to get the one for offline installations - not sure how they call it - otherwise every one of your clients will have to repeat the download.
