I always rage and "throw them in the waste paper basket" ("If you can't look after them then they might as well go in the bin"). They (10 & 6) always retrieve them indignantly, but it does galvanise them into action! :-)

I find those plastic cyllinders that you get a stack of writeable CDs in make good "foster homes" till the sleeves/cases are found.

>I went into my daugher's room last night (she's 14 and takes great care of her music but not my movies for some reason) to retrieve a dvd she had borrowed and found a pile of at least 20 in a stack spread out on the floor. I gathered them all and appropriated them... :o) Next to be appropriated is the music! :o)
