>Nope. Wasn't that Colin Powell who lied to the UN? So that makes Colin Powell a liar as well. Or was he just parroting the Bush propaganda at the time? Did he know that his information was unreliable? I guess we must assume that he knew all along since everyone is assuming Bush knew all along as well. I'm not sure the President personally reviews documents/speeches prepared and presented by the State Department - although it should happen of course and we typically assume that it does. Of course it must happen. Time for a shakeup then. Colin Powell to prison for lying! George Bush impeached for lying and taking the country to war! Fire Cheney for the CIA leak! Who will lead the country? Let's see, who is next in line... .:o)

>>>Newsweek just reported the following.:
>>>
>>>"Nov. 10, 2005 - A CIA document shows the agency in January 2003 raised questions
>>>about an Al Qaeda detainee’s claims that Saddam Hussein’s government provided
>>>chemical and biological weapons training to terrorists—weeks before President
>>>George W. Bush and other top officials flatly used those same claims to make
>>>their case for war against Iraq."
>>>
>>>http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9991919/site/newsweek/
>>>
>>>Not that this is any great news. It's been public knoweledge for some time
>>>that Bush outright lied to justify his personal vendetta agains Saddam Hussein.
>>>
>>>Lying to Congress and the American people surely ranks right up there with
>>>High Crimes and Misdemeaners. It's certainly a more serious crime than lying
>>>to cover up a sexual affair.
>>>
>>>So when does the impeachment trial start?
>>
>>Don't forget, he also lied to the UN, in attempt to get their support. So, in a fashion he lied to the world.
