The limit is 2GB for each individual file. i.e. you have a fair way to go before you hit the limits.
As far as adjustments, upsize to SQL.

>On one of my client application, we are approaching 2 gig in a table. Basically, the DBF has 101 meg and the memo field 801 meg. Is the 2 gig applicable to the DBF only or that includes also the memo field? Basically, what has to be done as far as adjustment to move over that barrier?
