I know this one has probably been beat to death but...... in creating row coloring, I have found that by putting the code in the "when" event of the text box rather than in the "afterrowcolchange" of the grid is much faster. (The code that sets the record number).
But to make a generic grid class with row coloring I am having a hard time, because in the class, if I only make one column and put the code in that text box's "when" event, it is only good for one column. Meaning: Any time you add code to a container within the grid, it is not subclassed easy (cause of the column count)
???
Any suggestions much appretiated.
