It has a Win32 compiler that compiles java even for classes you don't have the code for...
It also has "JADO" which is a Java version of ADO, using near-identical syntax. This apparently allows fairly good conversion of VB forms to Java forms.
It is certainly worth a look... anyone tempted to look beyond VFP might consider it.
