For if it may help I'll tell you that I always explicitly
use the "ASCENDING" or "DESCENDING" keyword in SET ORDER
TO, no matter how the index was created.
And I use the same "ASCENDING" or "DESCENDING" in SEEK and
every other indexing operation.
This way the code is simpler to read, as you always know
what you intended to do. I think that simplicity of code doesn't
mean less intructions or lines, but how understandable
it becomes after being written.
