In America you cannot have guns if you are felon.
You would be arrested, absolutely, if you had a past of violent crimes.
Saddam has a past of violent crimes. The world told him he can't have certain weapons.
Yet he had plans to aquire them.
You should give him a call. You seem way too ambitious to get him off the hook, and he seems to be having problems with his lawyers at the moment.
