I haven't been able to find the text...I'm pretty sure it was from a speech he gave recently in the Houston area, as I heard a quote from it on the radio. (you're thinkin...yeah, yeah).
BTW it wasn't that Bush Sr. changed his mind regarding the invasion, but whether he should have finished the job and taken SH out.
