Go ahead, rub it in. I went to the local Target and Best Buy last nite. Both sold out.

And Sirius has been playing bootlegs or live shows every nite. Last nite was the London show. It sounds awesome. They've been interviewing members of the band on Sirius also. Some great interviews.

>I know I already plugged this when it was announced, but now that I have it I am even more enthusiastic. This is everything we Bruuuuuce afficionados have wanted for a long time, and then some. The centerpiece, as expected, is the DVD of a 1975 concert in London. Bruce made his reputation with his live shows and this is the E Street Band at their peak. He was at once needy and supremely confident, and none of them forgot for a moment that they were in the business of entertaining. They rock their a**es off. Even at a young age he had a sense of drama -- when to turn the lights down, when to turn them up, when to rock out, when to make you strain to hear. I am fortunate enough to have seen him back then -- oh, say, 15 times -- and this concert DVD brings back a lot of memories. Seeing someone in the act of becoming is a story that never grows old.

>Quite amazing to realize he had guys like Clarence Clemons and Miami Steve Van Zandt, aka Silvio, working for him at the age of 23.

>Amazon is flogging the 3 disc set (two DVDs plus the original music CD) for $25.99. No sales tax, no shipping and handling. Trust me, and enjoy!
