What you want me to prove, by the way, is impossible to prove based on basic logical facts.

The statements "no penguin has ever been hot pink" isn't a statement any one would expect to be proved because that would require knowledge of all penguins ever.

However the statement can be disproved with ease: simply find a hot pink penguin.

So I suggest, that if you wish to argue like you're an expert about something you just learned of, that you try to disprove the statement, and find me a government that has called for democratizing the world.
