Do you want me to compile a list of every government that has ever existed, and compile contemporary thesises on every idea on foreign policy they've had, and then post it here?
Are you aware of the fact that UT probably couldn't hold that much data, much less you would never be able to successfull make your way through it all?
Now, either you're going to take seriouslly the claim that the statement can only be disproved, or you're just making excuses for not learning.
