Personally, I love Washington weather. It rarely gets so cold that it snows. And, when it does, the state literally shuts down. The streets are bare of cars, and the stores close down. I mean, even a half a inch will bring the state to a halt. Also, in the summer, it rarely get over 80 (f) dagrees.

I remimber when I bought my last car, and the dealer ask me if I would like it with air-conditioning. I responded with a "Why? Isn't that why there are windows that go down."
