True, just as in past administrations like Bill Clintons and .... The government has so many "biggest problems" it would be hard to know where to start. Bureaucrats, red tape, politicians, etc. Another problem is the honesty or lack thereof of the people involved in the process. How about the city managers in New Orleans who were "appropriating" food and supplies.
