Do you have private data session or default data session? If you have private data session then you might want to put

SET TALK OFF
DODEFAULT()

in the 'BeforeOpenTables' method of the DataEnvironment. For the the private datasession the default settings of the project is been ignored. Also you might want to consider other set commands like 'Deleted' etc.
