For Dot-matrix printers you might be best sticking with REPORTB 80 if you can get away with it.

Either that, or change your reports to use an explicit printer-supported font... but I think you'd have to do that with REPORTB 80 as well to get good outputs, and REPORTB 90 would still use graphics mode and things would get ugly.
