>My question referred to a grid. I am using the grid because I have multiple rows of title descriptions the the user can edit. I just wanted a pop-up that made it easy for the user to edit a description (in a memo field). I did not like the title that displayed. With your solution I would have to have navigation buttons. This was to be quick and simple description editing.

Other way is to put Edit Box outside the grid and don't display Memo field in the grid. Bound that Edit Box to Memo field and in AfterRowColChange Event of the grid refresh it.
