Unchecking is not always enough, according to my experience, you must perform some modification to the report. You can even make a change, undo the change, and then save the report, as long as VFP "thinks" you have made a change, it's fine.

This time I noticed that the second pass picks up counting where the first one left off, so the total is actually 22 seconds. With VFP 8 report behavior it's about 1 second.
