First, sure, you can have a WHERE clause where no columns are specified. The condition(s) in a WHERE are either true or false.

I've never compared 1=0 to a PK being equal to an unreasonable value. My "guess" is that 1=0 might be slightly faster.

On the Pack...it is amazing that they're 2-8, and yet have positive net points. I realize they smoked the Saints earlier, but they have lost so many close games. John Madden recently said that many NFL games come down to the last 2-3 possessions. That's very true, though how a team plays right up to that point at least determines whether it's in the driver's seat or not.

I think any hope of a GB "comeback" in the 2nd half vanished when they blew the lead to the Vikings in Minneapolis a few weeks back. That was a meltdown.
