Well it seems that the form is confused. The first thing I would do is make a backup of all the forms before you start to play with them. Then I would open the form as a database (use formname.scx). Take a look at the records. You will see that controls on a specfic page will have that page listed in the parent column. You can first take a look at row 32 and see if you can fix it. If not try and delete it. This may just cause an error on another row when you try to open it though.
