Try to reinstall Stylus CX4600 Copy Utility or whatever component it's installed with.

>I am having trouble installing VFP9 on a XPHome PC. I have disable my Norton Anti-Virus, my MSAnti-Spyware and everything else that I can think of.
>
>When I insert the VFP9 CD, I get the MSVFP9 Setup page.
>I then click Install VFP and get the Norton Antivirus Malicious script detected dialog. I select the "Allow the entire script once" option from the drop down, as the VFP readme recommends, and press OK.
>
>After I do this, my Epson, Stylus CX4600 Copy Utility dialog comes up. I have no idea why that comes up. I close the dialog, but then I'm right back at the MSVFP9 Setup page. Clicking Install VFP only repeats the displaying of the Epson, Stylus CX4600 Copy Utility dialog.
>
>So then I just Run the d:\setup.exe. I click on Prerequisites. But that also displays the Epson Stylus CX4600 Copy Utility dialog.
>
>How can I install VFP9 on this PC? I have not had any problems installing VFP9 on any other PC except this on.
