Worse than that! My (born-again) middle-class" inlaws, because of my positions, did not want me to visit for TG! They have never faced to face with me - they just have their opinions from my "soapboxing" at a birthday gathering back in early 2003. Now that's the tolerance of "privilege"!

At least my "blood" born again white-trash relations will argue with me and carve up some brisket for me at our annual reunions.

Funny thing about my "trash" blood relations. They live in the middle of "Klan" country on farms around a town bearing the "family" name. They've intermarried with Mexicans, Asians and even Blacks. It was a weird experience to go to a funeral in a church framed up on "peanut" soil and see this unimaginable inclusion of humanity in the middle of what the "liberal" media calls "Klan" country. I am proud of my red-neck white-trash heritage!:-)
