John, please kick it up a notch. will you? Don't treat us like idiots with your "dummycrats", "liberals" wide brush. If you wamt intelligent discourse, have at least a semi-open mind. I don't agree with much Mike Helland or Dan LeClair say, for instance, but I respect them for expressing their views intelligently and for at least listening to opposing views.
I am not trying to make our views converge. That is not going to happen, not in this lifetime. But I am still idealistic enough to think there can be a respectful agreement to disagree.
