I'm not sure I understood what exactly do you mean. We have a ViewEditor tool written by Steve Sawyer. Today I noticed that CHM file is no longer working (it certanly worked couple of months ago). I'm not sure how it is used by this program. It is under C:\MMVisCollect\DataUtils in our system.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
